Randi Russell
Randi is a proud member of Kainai Nation (Blood Tribe), raising her two children in the heart of Blackfoot Territory on Treaty 7. She comes from a mixed background including European roots on her maternal side. A decolonial systems builder, Randi’s work lives at the intersection of Indigenous governance, innovation, and relational accountability — grounded in the belief that personal healing is the gateway to collective liberation.
With a strong foundation in communications, operational strategy, and transformative design, she leads the creation of governance and organizational systems that embody Right Relations — rooted in care, consent, sovereignty, and the wisdom of land-based knowledge systems. Her leadership reflects the principles of feminine and Indigenous futurism: intuitive, regenerative, and community-led.
As Director of Network Operations and Communications for the RAD Network, Randi helps steward a living ecosystem of Indigenous-led climate, conservation, and finance solutions — weaving technology, ancestral knowledge, and policy innovation to enable bold, place-based change.
